myultraharleyDiscussion starter. 1 post · Joined 2009. #1 · Sep 25, 2009. friend of mine in arkansas has a 2010 ultra and it runs so hot that the mufflers turn blue. the harley rep says this is normal. he pulled the plugs out at 2000 mile and the aluminum was welded to the plug. question is does any one witha a 09 or 10 having this problem
